You must be at least 21 years old to register and use shell77. Identity verification via MyKad is mandatory. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited.
Each player may hold only one shell77 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be confiscated. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
All shell77 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). shell77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency on personal player accounts.
All promotional bonuses at shell77 are subject to specific wagering requirements as set out in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. Misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited on shell77. shell77 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is detected.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") CAREFULLY. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and shell77 ("shell77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the shell77 platform, website, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register or use the shell77 Platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the shell77 Platform. shell77 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds in such an Account, including winnings, will be forfeited.
2.2 By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (c) the personal details you provide during registration are accurate, complete, and up to date; and (d) you are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
2.3 Each individual may maintain only one Account on the shell77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, shell77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
2.4 shell77 reserves the right to require KYC verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by shell77 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
2.5 You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
3.2 shell77 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. shell77 shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to an Account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.3 You must notify shell77 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. shell77 may suspend your Account pending investigation of any security concern.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the shell77 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. A daily withdrawal limit of RM 100,000 applies per Account.
4.2 shell77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. shell77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.
4.3 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to a bank account registered in the same name as the shell77 Account. shell77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes set out in the Platform's help documentation, subject to KYC verification being complete. eWallet withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers typically process within 30–60 minutes. Shell77 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 shell77 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.1 shell77 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are made available on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and must be wagered in full in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are set at 20× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
5.3 shell77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per IP address.
5.4 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including, without limitation, hedging bets, using prohibited betting patterns, or creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.1 All games offered on the shell77 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG certification for all slot titles is independently audited by approved third-party testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are disclosed on the Platform.
6.2 Live casino games are operated in real-time by professional dealers via HD video stream. Game rules for all live casino titles are displayed on the Platform. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the round will be voided and all wagers returned to the Players' Accounts.
6.3 Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event and the specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform. shell77 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
6.4 shell77's decisions regarding game outcomes, settlements, and the interpretation of game rules are final and binding on all Players.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the shell77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 Where shell77 has reasonable grounds to suspect a Player of engaging in any Prohibited Conduct, shell77 may: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the Account; (b) withhold and forfeit all funds in the Account, including winnings; and (c) report the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the shell77 Platform — including but not limited to the shell77 name, logo, game titles, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of shell77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of shell77.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, shell77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 shell77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 shell77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. shell77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, maintenance downtime, or events outside shell77's reasonable control.
10.1 shell77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services on the Platform. shell77 provides Players with access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are accessible via Account Settings at any time.
10.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from the shell77 Platform may do so by accessing the self-exclusion option in Account Settings or by contacting live chat support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and may be set for a minimum period of 30 days.

11.1 shell77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity.
11.2 If shell77 closes an Account in circumstances other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the Player's most recent deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. shell77 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee on inactive Accounts at the rate set out in the Platform's fee schedule, provided always that the Account balance shall not be reduced to below zero.
12.1 shell77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, shell77 will notify registered Players by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying Players via their registered contact details.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under shell77's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to shell77's customer disputes resolution process.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal resolution process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated under shell77's gaming authority licence, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall restrict your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
